Members have called for a Special General Meeting to be held to discuss the future of Newcastle Snooker given the recent loss of the Newcastle District Tennis Club as a venue.

I am calling a Special General Meeting for Thursday the 25th of August 6:30pm at the Toronto Bowling Club. All Premier Snooker matches that week will be postponed a further week to facilitate this meeting. All members are encouraged to attend to have their say and vote on potential proposals to address the loss of another venue.

Could Captains, Snooker Club Presidents and members please pass this info onto those of you who don’t have email. A4 Flyer can be found here.

The NDBSA endeavours to keep it’s members informed regarding Newcastle Snooker and utilise a number of ways in which we do this.

1. Emailing – if you aren’t receiving emails from the Association at least monthly then we don’t likely have your current address. If not then please email me  or call/sms me on 0421337105 and I will add you to our email list. If you don’t have an email address and would like one I can organise a free one that you can access via your phone, tablet, or work PC.
2. Website: www.newcastlesnooker.com.au – Score, results and information is updated to the website weekly.
3. FaceBook: www.facebook.com/NDBSA is also updated with local, state and international snooker news most days.
