The Cessnock Ex-Services Club again showed their strength in claiming the 2016 Minor and Major Premiership in the Premier League. Mayfield put up a fight after a strong start with Rob Elsley defeating Steve Boyce but Jason Henderson defeated Luke Green who was experiencing cue troubles, and Chris Mungoven who made a 61 break to defeat Richard Evans.
