New Committee Meeting Minutes and Tony Tamplin

Hi all. The Committee Meeting Minutes from the 21st February can be found here. There are no current plans to implement a ongoing match fee as discussed at the AGM and after being the same for close to a decade the annual membership fee has increased to $50 per year. This amount brings us into line with other sports and will allow the Committee to increase the Tony Tamplin prizemoney as well as bring in new initiatives that will be investigated at the next Committee Meeting (finals referees and a presentation night are 2 ideas). Please note that the increase in the annual membership has been voted and approved at the AGM and ratified by the Committee on the 21st February.

The 2017 Tony Tamplin Shield will commence on Wednesday the 22nd March – we are currently just confirming teams then draw will posted and emailed in the next couple of days.

In a hard fought night with most matches going to 3 frames the Belmont players ground out a great win over the minor premiers, Cessnock Ex-Services Club No.1 in the inaugural ‘Summer League’ event.
